- Resolution of trouble tickets within agreed SLA period for S1 & S2 cases
- Ensuring tools installation & production/stage system availability on time.
- Prepare uptime reports as per assignment with accuracy
- Reroute circuits on failure after getting necessary approvals and ensure that databases are updated
- Support team leaders in preparing impact list during critical failures
Desired Candidate Profile
In this role, you will be responsible for resolution of trouble tickets in HR Internal Applications within agreed SLA
in co-ordination with Development team. You will also be responsible for linux/windows based installations of
products like Aerospike, Kafka, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Java, Tomcat etc on the servers & support.
The domain predominantly involves Java, DB, Servers Operations support & debugging.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge in Database queries & procedures for DB's like Postgres, Oracle etc.
- Familiarity in tools installation & support on servers (Linux/Windows) like Aerospike, Postgres, Java, Tomcat, Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.
- Decent knowledge of Java for supporting Production applications.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
- Good team player
